QKA attend Katharine of Aragon commemoration service

Some of our students represented the academy by attending the annual Katharine of Aragon service at Peterborough Cathedral. It was a lovely service in commemoration of Katharine of Aragon.

Students from local schools helped to light four candles which represented faithfulness, love, peace and forgiveness. Everyone sang hymns and witnessed the wreath laying on Katharine of Aragon’s grave. A selection of students also read passages at the service. Well done to two of our Year 7 students, Georgia and Gabriela, who bravely read the first passage at the service.

Everyone enjoyed the event and all our pupils represented the academy brilliantly.
