Uniform ordering and collection information

 

Ordering

 

• There 2 ways to order your Uniform, you can either use our Parentpay shop or download a copy of the order form and email it to qka-shop@qka.education
• The easiest way to order is through our on-line shop, the link to the QKA Parentpay Shop is https://app.parentpay.com/ParentPayShop/Uniform/Default.aspx?shopid=1939
• When using Parentpay please ensure you enter your child’s name and in the Class Box write what day you would like to collect and if you would like a morning or afternoon slot.
• If you are emailing your order form, please include the child’s name in Capital Letters and include the Year they will be going up to in September.
• Measure your child for the required uniform, include the quantity.
• Clearly write all sizes you require and total up amount.
• Return the form to qka-shop@qka.education.
• Collection will be in prearranged sessions so please ask for a day and morning or afternoon within the time and dates below.
• Order forms must be returned to qka-shop@qka.education by the 20^th July.

 

Collection

 

• On the agreed day of collection please follow all instructions on entering the building, we will be distributing uniform from the sports hall and will have a separate entrance and exit to the mail school, please follow the signs.
• Only one person allowed, please leave children and family members at home.
• Orders will be pre-packed as per your Parentpay order or your emailed order form.
• Payment will be by Parentpay, bank card or credit card. No cash.
• If on returning home you find the items do not fit please return the items for an exchange, following all previous guidelines including re-measuring your child.
• Due to Covid-19 we will limit the number of people allowed in the hall, which means you may have to queue outside.  Please wear appropriate clothing for the weather.

• Monday 23rd August                      -             9.30am - 12.30 pm or 1.00pm – 3.30pm
• Tuesday 24^th August                       -             9.30am - 12.30 pm or 1.00pm – 3.30pm
• Thursday 26^th August                     -             9.30am - 12.30 pm or 1.00pm – 3.30pm
• Friday 27^th August                            -             9.30am - 12.30 pm or 1.00pm – 3.30pm

The Academy Shop will be open from the 31^st August in it’s normal location and uniform can be collected and purchased on the 31^st Aug, 2^nd Sept and 3^rd Sept between 9.30 am – 11.30 am or 1.00 pm – 3.00 pm
