Re: Year 11 Subject Evening 
    
  Following on from my communication to you last Friday, I am writing to inform you of our next steps in terms of follow- up from the issues that occurred during last week's subject evening. 

  Despite the issues, we did manage to successfully fulfil 211 appointments either via the School Cloud system or via TEAMs. Since the evening staff have also managed to make contact via email and/or phone to a number of parents. 
    
  As a follow up, Year 11 teachers have been asked to make contact with all those parents who had appointments with us on the evening but were unfortunately missed due to the issue. This will be by email or phone. We hope to have completed   this by the end of the week. 
    
Once again, I would like to thank for your patience with last week's issues.
