Community Liaison Workers
What do our QKA Community Liaison Workers do?
Our CLWs...
- provide regular mentoring to students
- provide support in meetings with parents and / or students
- are involved in and help plan our cultural celebrations
- maintain regular contact with parents
- run drop-in lunch clubs for students
- liaise with year teams to offer support to students and families when it is needed
Meet the Team
Carla supports our Portuguese and Portuguese Creole-speaking students whilst Irena and Cristina support our Roma students, particularly those who are Czech, Slovakian and Romanian-speaking.
