The Queen Katharine Academy Library’s vision mirrors that of the Academy as a whole, “To be an inclusive centre of educational excellence.” Therefore, we promote the success of the academies students and staff by providing a comprehensive service related to the use of all resources and equipment which support the curriculum, by:

Providing opportunities to work in our dynamic space that is conducive to quiet concentration and collective working;

Providing materials that stimulate students' curiosity and encourage the development of literary appreciation;

Organising materials, equipment and bookings for a prompt service related the LRC facilities;

Working with students in the Library to support their research, development of knowledge and to foster the enjoyment of reading as a recreational activity in all members of the school.
