Practicing stretching daily. Listen to music and be inspired. 
Create an information page about a famous choreographer. Research choreographers and find one that interests you. It could be a street dance or even a classical ballet choreographer.

 

Year 9
Practicing stretching daily and recall the new choreography that you are learning.
Listen to music and be inspired. Try to create your own viral dance!


Year 10
Research the history of Street dance. In what places did it begin? How has it developed? What are the different styles, i.e. krumping, waacking, popping and locking; and where did particular styles develop? What dance groups or individuals are setting new trends more recently?

 

Year 11
Stretch daily, listen to music and be inspired. Follow new dance trends and have fun creating new ones. If you have not completed the dance performance exam continue to practice it.


Year 12
Write up your progress and evaluations of the Limon technique and your new choreography.


Year 13
Practice the milestones for your final unit.
