Free School Meals Entitlement
Your child may be able to get free school meals if you receive any of the following:
• Income Support
• income-based Jobseeker’s Allowance
• income-related Employment and Support Allowance
• support under Part VI of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999
• the guaranteed element of Pension Credit
• Child Tax Credit (but no element of Working Tax Credit - and have an annual income (as assessed by HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC)) that does not exceed £16,190
• If you are supported under Part VI of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999
• Guarantee element of State Pension Credit
• Working Tax Credit run-on - paid for 4 weeks after you stop qualifying for Working Tax Credit
• Universal Credit with a household income no more than £7,400 a year (as from 1st April)
If you think you meet the eligibility the following information is required:
•Parents surname
•Parents Date Of Birth
•National Insurance Number of claimant
•Childs name (QKA students only)
